No beating about the bush and no brochure language. If a question is missing, write to us and we will add it.
Do I need to install anything on my computer?
No. Web TPV runs in the browser: open Chrome, Edge or your tablet browser, log in and you are ready. Only the receipt printer, the cash drawer or the scales connect over USB, if you use them.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The till needs a connection, like any cloud point of sale. That is why we recommend a stable one, and if your shop has frequent outages we tell you before you sign.
Can I bring my items and customers across?
Yes. During setup we load your products and your customer list from your Excel or CSV file, so you do not have to type them one by one.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No tie-in. You pay month by month and can cancel whenever you want. The first month is free and, if you do not continue, you take your data with you.
How much does it cost exactly?
10 € a month plus VAT for the till. If you also want the domain, hosting and website, the full bundle is 18 € a month plus VAT. And if you want everything — the till, all eight modules and a Pro website — the Pro pack is 29 € a month plus VAT. All of them with the first month free.
Will it work with my receipt printer?
With 80 mm thermal printers connected over USB, the standard in hospitality and retail. If you already have one, tell us the model and we will check before you start.
Will it work for my kind of business?
It is built for bars and cafés, hair salons and beauty studios, convenience stores and boutiques. If your business is different, we also build custom software.
Which languages does it speak?
Spanish, French and Arabic, and you change the language from the program itself. The website and support are handled in Spanish, French and English.
Can I work from my phone?
Yes. The interface adapts to phones and tablets, so you can charge customers or check table status from any device with a browser.
Where is my data stored?
On European servers, with an automatic backup every day. The data is yours: you can export it or ask for a full copy whenever you like.
