Who handles your data
The data controller is Baha Eddine Ltifi (Web TPV), tax ID X1437610H, at Carrer Aragó 312, 07008 Palma de Mallorca (Balearic Islands, Spain), email info@web-tpv.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the forms on this site:
- Contact form: name, email, phone, type of business and your message.
- Free trial form: additionally your business name and how many items you handle.
- The IP address of the submission, only to prevent automated bulk sending.
We use no analytics, no advertising pixels and we build no profiles.
What we use it for
To reply to you, prepare a proposal or set up your free trial. Nothing else. We do not send you advertising you did not ask for and we do not pass your data to third parties for marketing.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box or sending the form (article 6.1.a GDPR), and the legitimate interest in answering the request you make.
How long we keep it
Contact messages, one year from the last exchange. Data of customers with an active service, for the duration of the relationship plus the legal tax retention periods (six years for invoices).
Who else sees it
Only the owner's team. The site's email and hosting come from providers acting as processors, with servers in the European Union. No transfers outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, object, or a portable copy. Write to info@web-tpv.com saying which right you are exercising and we will answer within one month at the latest.
If you believe we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and form data is emailed to the owner's inbox. We apply reasonable measures to protect it, although no system is one hundred per cent infallible.
